How do you keep on top of watering around such a huge space? Or does nature just do its thing?

I have a lot of rain barrels and two wells. I'm already worrying about what to write on this newsletter in June because there's not much more to do other than weed - water - mow - repeat. About two hours a day of each. BUT! The most important thing is to mulch. The fatter the mulch, the less you need to water!
