Are those the shelves for the library that you kinda started/talked about starting last time we were there a couple of summers ago π
I think I remember arguing with you about whether or not you had ADHD as you suddenly decided to build a library- swept and cleared a couple of rooms then wandered off onto another different barracks adventure. Itβs one of my fave barracks memories of you.
I love your progress not perfection posts. Always make me smile. X
Congratulations! The plans for the vineyard, together with the potted cuttings, sound very successful. The pruned vine looks perfect. And thank you for the Marilyn pic.
Going off at a tangent a bit, but if you've never seen it, I suspect you'd enjoy a film made in Scotland called American Cousins (it won prizes and things and has a feel similar to Gregorys Girl). It's ostensibly centred around a chippie in Glasgow whose owners are visited by said American Cousins. There are real American gangsters involved too. But the real star? A vine.....
And I agree, successfully pruning something correctly is disproportionately satisfying. π€

Your pruned vine is a thing of great beauty and elegance.
Good luck with the shelves π€π»ππ€π»
Ahh, thank you so much. On both counts!
