Ugh, you never forget your first time. The neurological effects are wild. Flu never made me question reality. What a ride! I have had it more or less annually since 2020 and as a teacher, I guess that's just my life now.

I just can't imagine going through it again. Especially that Tuesday night. The anticipation of the night terrors seemed to bring them on even stronger. But at least next time, I know what to do - boring podcasts! (Actually, it was YouTube videos of UK Parliamentary Select Committees, but I thought "podcasts" was probably enough for the newsletter). I know that as a teacher, there's considerably less that you can do about it than the rest of us, but please stay safe, Kels!
